WHAT: Are still struggling to get your pullover, straddle, beat to seat, tuck up, single knee hock hang, hip hang….I’m here to help! This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to master these skills, or clean them up, work on straight legs, or eliminate the jumping, kicking or tagging tricks used to get ya up there. You’ll learn conditioning on the ground and on the Lyra, to add to your open gym or home workout routines!
Bonus fun sequence included.
We will work on all of the above skills with a focus on those that are most important to the participants.
PREREQUISITES: Some lyra experience required, but all levels are welcome!
