Stilting for Shorties is an introductory workshop to the world of peg stilt walking/dancing. Intended for beginners, this workshop informs the student of the stilt's anatomy and purpose, safety equipment required, basic warm-ups and stretching, and introduces them to taking their first steps on peg stilts as well as dismounting and spotting properly.
