WHAT: Come and join me for a skill-building workshop in a positive and encouraging atmosphere! This hour and a half class will always start on time with a 20 minute warm up to get the heart pumping, improve flexibility, and avoid injury. This class will progress from static poses and sequences, to a more dynamic technique. If you hadn’t had enough already, we will finish with aerial conditioning.
Warm Up: Daniel uses unique warm up techniques that he has gathered from professionals all around the world. Your body will be ready for action after this!
Aerial Hoop Pt. 1 The class will start with learning a more dynamic technique. Beats, swinging, flips and releases.
BREAK
Aerial Hoop Pt. 2 This section will focus more on transitions, sequencing and spinning.
Stretching and Fexibility: This class will cover various stretching techniques and exercises relative to the whole body. The main focus will be on the legs and shoulders, but we will also include the feet, and some back. The goal: That you leave with a new vocabulary of exercises that can be used both as a warm up and to further your flexibility.
